 Our team will review the referral lead to ensure it meets our program criteria (e.g., that it is a genuine, new opportunity and not a client we are already engaged with).

• We will follow up with you within 2-3 business days to confirm whether the lead is accepted into the program.
• Once accepted, we will actively pursue the job opening.
• If we successfully place a candidate in that role, you will be eligible for a reward of 10% of our placement fee, up to $2,500 USD.

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully as they govern your participation in the Open Networker Referral Program:

Your referral is not considered valid until it has been formally reviewed and accepted by a representative of [Your Company Name]. We reserve the right to reject any referral for any reason, including but not limited to: the company being an existing client, the company being an active prospect, or the job opening being publicly known and already under our purview. We are the final authority on acceptance.

The referring party is eligible for the reward only if MY HEADHUNTER successfully places a candidate into the referred position and the client satisfies all contractual payment terms, including the expiration of any placement guarantee period (typically [30-90 days]).

The payout is 10% (ten percent) of the net placement fee received by [Your Company Name] for the specific referred position, not to exceed a maximum of Two Thousand Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($2,500 USD) per successful placement.

Payment will be processed via [Method, e.g., bank transfer, check] and issued within 30 days following the expiration of the placement guarantee period and receipt of the full placement fee from the client. All taxes, fees, and reporting required by federal, state, and local laws are the sole responsibility of the referrer.

MY HEADHUNTER reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Open Networker Referral Program and/or change the terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
